Information for Guests:
Check-In: from 4pm - 6pm. Later arrivals can often be accommodated but please discuss this when making your reservation.
Guests have access to their room at all times but are requested to vacate between 10.15 and 11.15 each morning if room servicing is required.
Check-Out: by 10am on the day of departure
Parking: is off road and free. Bicycles can be stored under cover
Our No Smoking Policy: No smoking in the house, garden or farmyard/buildings.
Access (A full copy of our access statement can be emailed to you upon request): The bedrooms are on the first floor and, with low beams and doorways, may not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility. The proximity of the house to the working farmyard should also be taken into account by anyone with impaired vision or hearing.
Booking Terms and Conditions
Deposits: To confirm a booking a non-refundable deposit may be requested
Final Payments: Will be requested at the time of your stay by cheque or in cash
We are unable to process card payments
The first night of any cancellation is charged in full.
We will always try to re-let cancelled accommodation so please give us as much notice as you are able. However, any nights which remain unlet may be charged if less than 7 days notice has been given.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to honour a reservation, we will refund any advance deposits paid. We will endeavour, if requested, to assist in finding alternative accommodation.
