Booking Terms and Conditions
Deposits: To confirm a booking an advance non-returnable deposit may be requested
Payment: Final payment will be requested in cash or by cheque (£). Sorry, no cards accepted
Cancellations: Regrettably, charges may apply to cancellations.
- The first night of any cancellation is charged in full
- Subsequent nights will not be charged if we are able to re-let the room(s).
- Un-let rooms will be charged at 25% of full room rate if more than one week but less than 3 weeks notice is given
- Un-let rooms will be charged at 75% of full room rate if less than 1 week's notice is given
Check-In: from 4pm - 6pm. Later arrivals can often be accommodated but please discuss this when making your reservation.
Check-Out: by 10am on the day of your departure
Parking: is off road and free. Bicycles can be stored under cover
Our No Smoking Policy: We are a non-smoking household and our strict no smoking policy includes the house, garden and farmyard/buildings.
Access Statement (legislation dictates that we proved this information): Hallwood Farm Oast, our home, is an old building with much character. We regret that the accommodation is not suitable for those unable to manage stairs as both bedrooms are on the first floor and there is no lift. There are low doorways to the bedrooms and a low central, structural beam in each room and also in the bathroom of 'Fuggle'. The front door of the house opens straight on to the farmyard, where there may on occasions be tractors or other vehicles operating.
