Rooms are ensuite with bath

(overhead showers are very low pressure)

The beds are 5 ft king sized.

Room rates include a simple 'picnic' breakfast

 Reduction of £5 per person if this is not required - let us know when booking

No smoking/children/visitors pets.

CHECK IN: Self check in from 4pm

CHECK OUT: by 10.15 am on the day of departure.  

FREE PARKING: YES

BREAKFAST - Complimentary 'coffee and croissant' breakfast box included in room rate.  We no longer offer a cooked breakfast.

CHILDREN: We do not accommodate children/infants and have no single or pull out beds

PETS: We regret we cannot accommodate visitors pets.

ACCESS: The bedrooms are on the first floor and, with low beams and doorways, may not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility. The front door opens directly onto the working farm yard and for this reason the property is not suitable for children.  This should also be taken into account by anyone with impaired vision or hearing.

ROOM SERVICING: a thorough clean of rooms is carried out between bookings.  We do not offer daily room servicing, but guests are welcome to request extra towels and consumables at any time.

Hallwood Farm is generally a quiet and peaceful place to stay.  However, being a working farm , there are occasional days when there  may be more tractor activity and noise than normal.

ENQUIRIES are not considered to be reservations until we have received email or telephone confirmation, plus a deposit, where requested.

PAYMENT:  Full payment will be requested on or before the day of your arrival.

We accept Bank Transfers, cheques or cash.  Sorry we cannot process card payments.
